Airport Hobos?  Where did this name come from?

We were in an airport waiting for our connection flight to Egypt (cool!) but the flight was very early in the morning, and our flight arrived in Newyork in the evening.  Being cheap, we did not want to waste time and money for a hotel in New York only to get a few hours of sleep before heading back to the airport with all our gear.

Sooo. we decided to find a nice spot in the airport to just lounge and wait for our flight.  Good idea we thought.

Well apparently, airport security did not think so, and said we had to move on because the airport concourses close (?) at night.  We were rousted!!

We went just outside the airport to a little 24 hour  “59er” style dinner and ordered something.  We made that something last the rest of the night.  It was so hard to stay awake.  I think the cafe staff understood out situation and left us alone.
